Extra Corporeal Shock Wave Therapy: Therapy in equine medicine that is useful in treating soft tissue and arthritic disorders such as high suspensory ligament tears, collateral ligament damage, ringbone, navicular or heel pain, splints, hock and back arthritis.

Cryotherapy: Localized application of liquid nitrogen is useful in minimizing the effects of splints and curbs. Also used in the treatment of skin tumours.
