What Is Digital Radiography?
 |
Digital radiographs are a version of traditional x-rays, where the image is processed via computer in high resolution identifying subtle abnormalities.

Our Digital Radiography Systems
Our digital radiology systems feature a plate attached via cable to the computer processor. Each x-ray appears on the screen seconds after it is taken, and is stored digitally within the system. Some systems have an image viewer and interface directly on top of the x-ray machine.
Images can be burned to CD or emailed to another veterinarian, as we often do for prepurchase examinations.
