The lameness clinic itself features parking suitable for large horse transports. The facilities include an indoor examination and procedure area with standing stalls, stocks, and office.

Examination areas include a covered round arena with all-weather footing, and a hard surface runway for flexion testing and jogging.

Two separate buildings provide diagnostic services including digital radiography, digital ultrasonography, digital endoscopy, fluoroscopy, podiatry, and houses Canada's first standing MRI system.
