Patti Priestman, Practice Manager

Upon graduation from the University of Guelph Wildlife Biology Program in 1985, Patti worked full time with the Ministry of Natural Resources, and the Natural Heritage Foundation. Following the birth of her second child, in 1994, she moved to Millbrook Ontario and has loved working as part of the Millbrook team, and as an associate official at Kawartha Downs Raceway for over 13 years. Patti enjoys foxhunting, endurance and trail riding.
Denise Hiltz, RVT

Denise grew up on a farm in the Peterborough area. She enjoyed working on (Quarter Horse) and (Arabian) breeding farms before attending AHT program at Seneca College. After graduating in 1989, Denise worked in a small animal practice for 13 years before joining the staff at MEC. She continues to keep busy with her two boys, husband, 2 pleasure horses and sports activities.
Stephanie Crawford

Over the past 15 years Stephanie has enjoyed working with horses in a variety of capacities: as a competitor, working student, groom, volunteer, and instructor. After completing a BA in English at Trent University in 2006, she directed her focus back into the horse industry full time, joining MPES as a veterinary assistant in February 2008. She continues to train and compete in dressage and give riding lessons in her spare time.
Louise Dobbin

Louise’s interest in horses began when she was very young. Hunter-Jumpers, Appaloosa’s and coaching are among her primary interests. Everyone enjoys talking to her as she keeps Millbrook McKee-Pownall front office running smoothly. Louise is keeping very busy between her hidden talent (catering) and her family. She continues to be involved in helping her son Jack learn to ride and follow in her footsteps.
